New album Amaury Faye x Igor Gehenot: Live at Bozar to be released on November 8

After a successful tour in France and Belgium, Amaury and belgian acclaimed pianist Igor Gehenot have taken the challenge of recording a live album in one of the world's most prestigious venue, the Bozar in Brussels, under the direction of Roel Vanhoeck. Iconic musicians like Serge Rachmaninov, Billie Holiday, Ravi Shankar, Daniel Barenboim, Thelonious Monk or Django Reinhardt performed and even recorded on its stage. 

Featuring standards and original compositions, the album was recorded by belgian sound engineer Guillaume Desmet, mixed by belgian sound engineer Jonas Verrijdt, and masterized by american sound engineer Dave Darlington. Wonderful pictures were taken by belgian notorious Guillaume Kayacan.

Bozar director Roel Vanhoeck accepted the challenge and brought his support for this event. Artistic director Giuseppe Millaci renewed his trust and so the album is produced and released by Hypnote Records, and will be available worlwide in CD and digital support.
